Premium technical support for EEZ Studio

We are happy to offer you paid technical support starting today for embedded projects and test and measurement automation based on our EEZ Studio visual tool. We believe that this is important news for all those who work professionally on a project and want to have expert assistance for successful and timely problem solving.

The offered support plans are now visible on the home page and we are currently able to offer the following:

 

Technical support – Per incident

  • Troubleshooting and bug fixing assistance (New feature requests are not covered)
  • Covers the costs of solving one problem/incident only
  • Direct technical support from the Envox team (8 x 5 CET timezone)
  • Adding a support ticket for progress tracking
  • Adding and upvoting a tasklist ticket

Technical support – 1-year

App development – Per project

Access to technical support licenses

Successfully completed purchase of technical support your user status will be upgraded, which is easiest to check in My account (1) where the footer will get a new color and text (2) as shown in picture below.

Access to technical support licenses is possible in My account (1) dashboard by selecting the option License keys (2).

In the list of licenses, find the newly purchased technical support and click View (3) to display more details.

You can now activate your technical support source by selecting the Activate option (4).

Support tickets

All users of premium technical support have the option of creating a ticket for tracking reported issues. This can be done by using the provided option under the Premium support section.

Click on Your support tickets button and a list of all your tickets will appear where you can create a new ticket or monitor the status of open tickets.

You will receive a notification about all changes to your tickets to the email address registered on the EEZ website.
