I would like to have an i18n related interface that can replace English keywords or strings in a project with the corresponding language set by the user. I can help with Simplified Chinese translation, just need an interface (

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could also fork a project and replace all the English strings displayed in it, but that would be too much of a hassle to maintain, and it would only ever exist as a fork, which would not be convenient for distributing
